Education: Fresher's only (Any Graduation, Any Masters)
Compensation: 2,40,000-3,60,000 fixed yearly + performance incentives + fixed loyalty bonus
Responsibilities
- Perfectly understanding the clients requirement and the exact deliverable
- Planning and defining milestones and intermediate delivery cycle of the project
- Briefing the domain expert on the schedule and the exact deliverable details
- Coordinating flawlessly with the client based in UK and making him / her feel comfortable
- Delivering intermediate draft to the client ahead of planned schedule
- Learning feedback and areas of improvement from the client
- Communicating the same to the delivery experts and planning the final deadline
- Validating quality of the work, and releasing the final delivery to the client
- Learning the feedback once again to ensure we have over delivered
- Closing the project successfully from client side, experts side.
Skills/Experience
- Flawless English Communication is a MUST
- As the clients are based out of UK, we expect 100% fluency in English
- Complete Availability whenever the client / expert needs you
- We need hardworking and intelligent freshers with good to awesome communication skills with management and leadership capabilities.
- It doesn’t matter whether you have a BE / MBA what we most need is your natural ability to make quick decisions, problem solving, coordinating and most importantly your passion to lead and your sense of responsibility to ensure we over deliver and delight every client that works with us.
